To order an instrument you best send me an e-mail. Note: carefully read the terms of delivery before ordering! I take it that you agree with these terms when you order an instrument.
In this e-mail you mention the follwing details:
Name
Street, city, zip-code, country
E-mail address and telephone number
Type of instrument (f.e. Denner alto), pitch (for Ganassi various possibilities), wood, thumb bushing yes or no
If applicable: additional questions or requests (f.e. imitation ivory ornaments, staining)
After I have received your order I will send you an e-mail with an invoice for your downpayment plus an indication of the delivery time of your instrument. When I have received this deposit your order is fixed.
